Altar Servers
The altar servers participate in the Mass of the Holy Spirit, Thanksgiving Mass, the Christmas Service, Awards Ceremony, and other liturgical events held at Hayes. The Altar Server Program has been functioning in Hayes since the opening of the school in 1941. The servers are trained by their own parishes and volunteer to assist at the celebrations here at Hayes.

The Mission of Cardinal Hayes High School, a community based in Roman Catholic values, is to inspire diverse young men of the New York City metropolitan area to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
